Return and Refund Policy

You have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to ask for a return.

To be eligible, the item must be in the condition you received it and in its original packaging. Write to us at trazomagicolucy@gmail.com with your order number and we will reply with return instructions. Please do not send anything back before we answer, or we cannot process it.

Return shipping

If the item arrived damaged, faulty, or is not what you ordered, we pay the return shipping. If you simply changed your mind, the return shipping is yours to cover.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the item we will email you the decision. If approved, the refund goes back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional days to post it. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your refund, write to us.

Damaged or wrong items

Check your order as soon as it arrives. If anything is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we will make it right.

Cancellations

If your order has not shipped yet, we can cancel it for a full refund. Once it has shipped, the return process above applies.

What we cannot accept

Items returned without contacting us first, and items sent back more than 30 days after delivery.
