Shipping Policy

We ship to addresses within the United States. Shipping is free on every order.

How long it takes

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Delivery then takes 7 to 12 business days. Most orders arrive toward the earlier end of that window, but we quote the full range so you are never surprised.

Our stock ships from our supplier's warehouse, which is why the window is longer than a domestic-only store. We would rather tell you that up front than promise two days and miss it.

Tracking

You get a tracking number by email as soon as the parcel leaves the warehouse. Tracking can take 3 to 5 days to start showing scans. That gap is normal and does not mean the parcel is lost.

Delays

Customs checks, weather, and carrier backlogs can add a few days. If your order passes 20 business days with no delivery, write to us at trazomagicolucy@gmail.com and we will either resend it or refund you.

Wrong address

Check your shipping address at checkout. If a parcel is returned because the address was wrong or incomplete, we can resend it once you cover the reshipping cost.
